gifts.wtf
Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-08-10
These terms are the agreement between you and gifts.wtf (“gifts.wtf”,
“we”, “us”, the operator of this site and the @giftswtfbot escrow).
By using the marketplace, the trading terminal, any storefront, or the bot, you agree to what
follows. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1.What gifts.wtf is
gifts.wtf is a marketplace, trading terminal and set of storefronts for Telegram-native collectibles: gifts, usernames, and anonymous (+888) numbers. It is an aggregator and middleman. Alongside listings posted directly to gifts.wtf, the site also surfaces listings drawn from other marketplaces (for example Getgems, MRKT and Portals) so you can browse across venues in one place.
gifts.wtf is non-custodial. We do not hold your funds or your items. We never take
custody of user assets except transiently, inside a single per-deal escrow handled by
@giftswtfbot while a trade is being settled, and only for the moments needed to complete
that one deal. We are not a bank, a broker, a custodian, an exchange, or an investment adviser.
2.The assets, the volatility, the risk
The items traded here are crypto and TON-based collectibles. Their prices are volatile and speculative, can move sharply, and can fall to zero. Liquidity is not guaranteed; an item may be hard or impossible to resell.
Nothing on gifts.wtf is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Prices, floor figures, and stats shown on the site (including data aggregated from other marketplaces) are informational, may be delayed, and may be wrong. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. You transact entirely at your own risk.
3.How escrow settlement works
Deals settle non-custodially through the @giftswtfbot escrow. In plain terms:
- The buyer sends payment to one bot-controlled wallet.
- The seller sends the item (the gift, username or number) to a different bot-controlled wallet.
- Only when both sides are confirmed does the escrow release: the item goes to the buyer and the payment goes to the seller.
- The two wallets are never shared across the two parties: the buyer never gets the seller’s wallet and vice-versa. Each side interacts only with the escrow.
Escrow is designed to reduce counterparty risk, but no system is perfect. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; sending funds or items to the wrong address, on the wrong network, or outside the escrow flow, cannot be undone by us. When a listing proxies to another marketplace, the final transfer may occur on that marketplace’s own rails and under its own terms.
4.Fees
gifts.wtf takes a small fee on settled deals. As a general guide, a human-assisted middleman trade carries a higher fee (on the order of ~10%), a straight bot-settled deal carries a lower one (on the order of ~5%), and inventory / storefront listings are lower still.
These figures are indicative, not a binding schedule. The current fee for any deal is shown to you at the point of sale before you commit, and that displayed figure is what applies. Network (gas) costs and any fees charged by an external marketplace are separate and are yours to pay.
5.Eligibility & acceptable use
By using gifts.wtf you represent that:
- You are of legal age to enter this agreement in your jurisdiction and have the capacity to do so.
- You are not located in, or a resident of, a prohibited or sanctioned jurisdiction, and you are not a person or entity subject to sanctions.
- Any assets you list or buy are yours to trade and are not stolen, encumbered, or fraudulently obtained.
You must not use the platform for:
- Money laundering or terrorist financing.
- Trading stolen goods or the proceeds of crime.
- Fraud, deception, impersonation, or market manipulation.
- Sanctioned activity, or any use that breaks the law that applies to you.
- Abusing, attacking, scraping-to-overload, or interfering with the platform, the bot, or other users.
We may refuse, suspend, or reverse access, listings, or a pending deal if we reasonably believe these rules are being broken.
6.No warranty: the platform is “as-is”
The platform, the bot, and all aggregated data are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that listings or prices are accurate, that any counterparty will perform, or that any item is authentic, unencumbered, or fit for a particular purpose. Listings surfaced from other marketplaces are shown for convenience and are not verified or endorsed by us.
7.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, gifts.wtf and the people who operate it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost assets, market losses, or the acts of counterparties or third-party marketplaces. This includes losses from price movements, failed or misdirected transfers, network faults, smart-contract or wallet issues, downtime, or unauthorised access to your Telegram account or wallet. You use the platform at your own risk and are responsible for the security of your own accounts, keys and devices.
8.Disputes
If a deal goes wrong, contact us first through @giftswtfbot or the site so we can look
at the escrow record for that specific deal. Escrow gives us a clear, on-chain view of what each
side did, which helps resolve most issues. Where a deal was completed on an external marketplace,
that marketplace’s own dispute process may also apply. We can assist in good faith but do not
guarantee any particular outcome, refund, or recovery.
9.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use gifts.wtf after a change means you accept the revised terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the platform.
